you offer tours/service routes for individuals?

We do not
operate scheduled bus tours or service
runs where you can join as an individual. We operate on a
private hire basis only where we supply your own private coach
and driver to fulfil your own personal itinerary.

Yes -
When you book
your ground transport with Butlers Buses you can avail of
the option of a complete package and let us book your
accommodation, golf, attractions and some meals.
We offer this as a free service to our customers. |

Do you offer self
drive vehicles? |

A.
Unfortunately we do not offer this
type of service. All our vehicles are supplied with an
experienced and qualified driver. Why not try us for a
quote?
Rental car companies do offer mini buses but normally only
for vehicles up to 9 seats including the
driver with limited luggage space. |

Is
our itinerary flexible & Can you help? |

We Pride ourselves on our
flexibility. When you hire/charter one of our
vehicles and driver/guide for a tour or excursion, it is yours to go where you please and when
you please. You decide where you
want to go and when you want to go - we look after the rest.
You can avail of our expertise to review your
itinerary to ensure you will make the very most of your
day(s)
We can also work with you to prepare an itinerary from
scratch based on your wish list of places to see and things
to do.

Do
you take bookings from/to Cork only? |

No. We are based in Cork and take
all bookings originating, passing through and finishing in
Cork and lots more besides.
For your private tour we operate nationwide. Our prices are the same
regardless of whether your tour begins/ends in Cork,
Shannon, Rosslare, Dublin or Belfast.
We have a diverse range of contacts with tried and tested
companies throughout the entire island of Ireland and are
always happy to be of assistance in helping you source the
most suitable company for you whenever we cannot be of
service to you ourselves. |

We are
registered in the Republic of Ireland and are also licensed
to operate in Northern Ireland the UK and EU Member states.

How soon should we make a reservation? |

Reservations
can be made right up to the day of travel subject to
availability.
However this is not advisable. We recommend that a confirmed
booking should be made as far in advance as possible.
You can always make a provisional booking which will ensure
that price and availability will be guaranteed for a
specified period |

is your Alcohol policy? |

In general we have a no alcohol
policy on board all our vehicles. The only exception to this
would be for extended tours (The definition for this is
where the tour starts and finishes at a hotel where all
passengers are overnight guests) This service must be
requested in advance and will only ever be available from
the hours from 10:00 to 18:00 |

is your Smoking policy? |

Since 1993 we have operated a strict no smoking
policy on board all our vehicles without exception. However
comfort stops can be made on request. |
